Entertain me

Wow, that last post takes up a good half of my blog space so far. Congratulations if you made it through the whole thing (personally, I get exhausted by picture #3 each time I try to reread that post).

Well, I'm back in Vancouver. School and China were both pretty busy and exhausting, so I was a looking forward to a break. However, now that it's here, it's a little boring. Doesn't that always happen? No matter how many times I come home and then remember that it's not that great to sit around and do nothing, I still look forward to it.

The only things on my to do list for home are pretty much completed. I wanted to 1) get shirts to match the skirts I got in China (check), and 2) make the movie from this year (halfway check). I just need to finish up the movie, and I have two full weeks of nothing but the movie to work on.

I guess I'll just have to catch up on movies I haven't seen and check my email 4 times a day.

Last Friday/Saturday my fam and I went to the Oregon coast, and, in true Pacific Northwest style, it rained. We've been to the beach so many times now that I don't think we would have ventured out on to the beach even if the weather had been amazing. I think my family is getting too old and lazy.

I went hiking with Holly today. It's always good to see her, and I'm glad that neither of us were too ambitious with our hiking endeavors. The Columbia Gorge is so pretty! And I love driving with music playing and the windows rolled down. It was a good afternoon. Then this evening my family and I went to see X-men 3, which I liked. Wow, when I talk about the things I do, instead of all the time I waste, it almost sounds like I have an exciting life!

What your life isn't exciting??? I'm pretty jealous I must admit. I have to agree with you on the driving with the windows rolled down, so you guys didn't actually hike did you?? You just drove around for a few hours and then called it a day... I knew it...

Oh Kristin. I love your life. I pretty much want to be you. It was always my dream to come visit you in Washington and make blankets and then watch fireworks on the roof with the aforementioned blankets. And have a tea party. And go to the Oregon coast. And watch Felicity.

now I know how bored you are. You changed the way your blog looks. Sad Kristin, really sad.
